1. Who these terms are with

yuratrading.com (“the site”) is operated by an individual sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using it.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

2. What the site is

The site publishes research into automated trading strategies, along with free calculators and reference material. Everything on it is provided for information and education only.

There is no account system, nothing is for sale, and there is no advertising. The calculators and downloads are free to use.

3. This is not financial advice

The operator of this site is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide any regulated activity, including investment advice, portfolio management, or arranging deals in investments.

Published research describes what happened when a specific set of rules was tested against historical data. It does not take account of your circumstances, objectives, or attitude to risk, and it is not a suggestion that you should trade in any particular way. If you need advice, speak to someone authorised to give it — you can check the register at register.fca.org.uk.

4. Accuracy of the research and tools

Considerable effort goes into making the published figures correct: tests use real tick data, model trading costs explicitly, separate in-sample from out-of-sample periods, and results that fail their quality gates are published alongside those that pass.

Even so, the site is offered as is. Backtests are simulations, not records of real trading. They can contain errors in data, in the code that produced them, or in the assumptions behind them. Figures may become out of date. The calculators use standard formulas and simplifying assumptions, and your broker’s numbers may legitimately differ.

Verify anything here independently before you rely on it to risk money.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to break any regulation that applies to you;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or its data;
• interfere with the site’s operation, including by automated scraping heavy enough to degrade it for others;
• submit false information, or someone else’s personal data, through any form;
• republish the content as your own, or present the research as independent verification of a product you sell.

6. Intellectual property

The written research, charts, calculators, rulebook documents, and site design are owned by the operator and protected by copyright.

You may read, download, and print material for your own personal or internal business use, and quote from it with clear attribution and a link to the source page. You may not republish it wholesale, sell it, or use it to train a commercial model without permission.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party pages, including brokers, data providers, academic papers, and social platforms. Those links are provided for reference and do not imply endorsement. The operator has no control over their content and accepts no responsibility for it.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any trading losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, or other loss arising from your use of this site or from any decision you make on the basis of it. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The site is provided without warranty that it will be available without interruption or free from errors.

9. Changes to the site and these terms

The site changes regularly: pages are added, corrected, and sometimes removed. These terms may be updated too, and the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
